Configure your Lucky 7 account for the best experience.
Initial Setup
After creating your account, complete these steps:
1. Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for the verification email and click the link.
Didn't receive it?
- Check spam folder
- Click "Resend verification" on the login page
- Contact support if still missing
2. Complete Your Profile
Go to Profile → Settings and add:
- Display Name - How you appear to others
- Avatar - Upload a profile picture
- Time Zone - For accurate timestamps
- Language - Interface language preference
3. Choose Your Plan
- Free Plan - Already activated, start creating immediately
- Upgrade - Go to Dashboard → Manage Subscription → Upgrade

How to update:
- Click your avatar in the header
- Select Profile Settings
- Edit fields
- Click Save Changes
Security Settings
Password
Changing your password:
- Go to Profile → Security
- Click Change Password
- Enter current password
- Enter new password (twice)
- Click Update Password
Password requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Enable 2FA for extra security:
- Go to Profile → Security
- Click Enable 2FA
- Scan QR code with authenticator app
- Enter verification code
- Save backup codes

Creating an Organization
If you're a team owner/admin:
- Click Organizations in sidebar
- Click Create Organization
- Enter details
- Choose plan
- Invite members

- You're now part of the organization

Can't verify email
- Check spam/junk folder

- Check card has sufficient funds

Account Deletion
Deleting Your Account
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What happens:
- All your boards and content deleted
- Subscription canceled
- No refund for unused time
- Cannot be recovered
How to delete:
- Go to Profile → Account
- Scroll to Delete Account
- Click Delete Account
- Enter password to confirm
- Type "DELETE" to confirm
- Click Permanently Delete Account
Before deleting:
- Download any content you want to keep
- Cancel active subscriptions
- Remove yourself from organizations
- Export your data

Protect Your Account
Use a strong password
- Never share your password
- Use unique password for Lucky 7
- Change password regularly
Enable 2FA
- Adds extra layer of security
- Protects against unauthorized access
- Required for organization owners
Be careful with sharing
- Only share boards you intend to share
- Revoke access when no longer needed
- Use View Only for external sharing
Monitor activity
- Check recent activity in Dashboard
- Watch for unfamiliar boards or content
- Report suspicious activity immediately
