Accessing Subscription Settings
Go to Billing in the sidebar to access all subscription management options.
Current Subscription
View Subscription Details
Dashboard → Subscription Card shows:
- Current plan (Free, Pro, Enterprise)
- Billing status (Active, Trial, Past Due)
- Next billing date
- Monthly cost
- Days until renewal
Subscription Status
Active - Subscription working normally
Trial - In trial period
Past Due - Payment failed, update payment method
Canceled - Ending at period end, still active until then
Expired - Access ended, renew to continue
Upgrading Your Plan
How to Upgrade
- Go to Billing
- Click Upgrade button
- Select new plan (Pro or Enterprise)
- Review pricing
- Click Confirm Upgrade
- Enter payment details (if first paid plan)
- Upgrade applies immediately
What Happens
- Immediate access to new features
- Pro-rated credit for unused time
- New limits available now
- Charged immediately for upgrade

Free → Pro:
- 10 → 200 images/month
- 2 → 20 videos/month
- 10 → 60 minutes audio/month
- All models unlocked
- Overage billing available
Pro → Enterprise:
- Limited → Unlimited usage
- Priority support

Downgrading Your Plan
How to Downgrade
- Go to Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select lower plan
- Confirm downgrade
- Takes effect at end of current period
What Happens
- Keep access until period ends
- New limits apply next period
- No refund for remaining time
- Can cancel downgrade before period end
Important Notes
- Downgrade to Free loses overage access
- Organization features may be lost
- Data remains but access limited
- Can re-upgrade anytime
Payment Methods
Adding Payment Method
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter card details:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVC/CVV
- Billing ZIP code
- Click Save
Accepted Cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Click Update on existing card
- Enter new card details
- Click Save
- Old card removed automatically
Removing Payment Method
- Find card in Payment Methods
- Click Remove
- Confirm removal
Note: Can't remove if it's your only payment method and you have an active subscription.
Billing Information
Update Billing Address
- Go to Billing → Settings
- Click Update Billing Address
- Enter address details:
- Street address
- City, State, ZIP
- Country
- Click Save

- Tax calculations
- Invoice generation
- Payment processing
- Compliance
Billing Email
Change where invoices are sent:
- Go to Billing → Settings
- Update Billing Email
- Save changes
- Verify new email
Billing History
View Past Invoices
- Go to Billing → History
- See all past charges
- Click invoice to view details
- Download PDF
Invoice includes:
- Subscription charges
- Overage charges (if any)
- Tax
- Total amount
- Payment method
- Date
Download Invoices
- Click Download PDF on any invoice
- Save for accounting/records
- Send to accounting department
Export History
- Click Export CSV
- All transactions in spreadsheet
- Import to accounting software
Cancelation
Cancel Subscription
Warning: Canceling ends your subscription at the end of the current billing period.
- Go to Billing
- Scroll to bottom
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select reason (optional)
- Click Confirm Cancellation
What Happens
- Access continues until period end
- No charges next period
- Usage limits remain until end
- Content saved (download if needed)
- Can re-subscribe anytime
No Refunds
- No refund for remaining time
- Pro-rated credits not offered
- Cancel before renewal to avoid next charge
Reactivating
- Return to Billing page
- Click Reactivate Subscription
- Choose plan
- Enter payment details
- Immediate reactivation
Managing Overage
Enable/Disable Overage
- Go to Billing → Overage Settings
- Toggle Overage Billing
- Set spending cap ($10-$500)
- Click Save
Adjust Spending Cap
- Go to Overage Settings
- Enter new cap amount
- Save changes
- Takes effect immediately

Managing Organization Billing
If you're an organization owner:
- Manage in Organizations → [Your Org] → Billing
- Add/remove seats
- Update payment method
- View organization usage

Wrong Charge Amount

- View invoice for breakdown
- Check for overage charges
- Verify plan and seat count

Subscription Not Active

- Email confirmation received
- Wait a few minutes for activation
