How to Use

Share Presentation Link

1. Open your board
2. Click Share button
3. Click Copy Presentation Link
4. Share this special URL

Entering Presentation Mode

From shared link:

• Link opens in presentation mode automatically
• No login required (if public)

From board:

• Click Present button
• Or press P
• Enters fullscreen

Exiting Presentation Mode

• Press Esc
• Click Exit button
• Close browser tab

Navigation in Presentation Mode

Zoom

• Scroll to zoom in/out
• Pinch on trackpad
• Zoom controls (if visible)

Pan

• Click and drag
• Arrow keys
• Trackpad gestures

Reset View

• Double-click empty space

Security

Presentation links:

• Same security as board links
• Respect sharing settings
• Private if board is private
• Public if board is public

Revok Access

Revoke presentation access same as board access:

1. Disable public sharing, or
2. Generate new share link
