Sharing Options
Private (Default)
Only you can access the board. Perfect for work-in-progress projects.
Shared with Specific People
Share with specific team members by email. Control individual access levels.
Public Link
Generate a public link anyone can access. Choose between view-only or edit access.
Presentation Mode Link
Share a clean, fullscreen view without editing controls. Perfect for client presentations.
How to Share a Board
1. Open Share Modal
Click the Share button in the top-right of your board.
2. Toggle Public Access
Switch "Public Access" on to generate a shareable link.
3. Choose Access Level
View Only - Others can see the board but can't make changes
Can Edit - Others can modify nodes, run generations, and update the workflow
4. Copy Link
Click "Copy Link" to get the shareable URL.
5. Share the Link
Send the link via email, Slack, or any communication tool.
Access Levels
View Only
What they can do:
- View the entire board
- See node configurations
- View generated outputs
- Zoom and pan around the board
What they can't do:
- Add or delete nodes
- Run generations
- Edit prompts or settings
- Save changes
Best for: Clients, stakeholders, feedback reviews
Can Edit
What they can do:
- Everything in View Only, plus:
- Add, delete, and configure nodes
- Run AI generations
- Connect and disconnect nodes
- Upload assets
- Save changes
What they can't do:
- Delete the board
- Change sharing settings
- Transfer ownership
Best for: Team members, collaborators, contractors
Owner
Full control including:
- All editing permissions
- Manage sharing settings
- Delete the board
- Transfer ownership
- View collaboration stats
Note: Only one owner per board.
Presentation Mode
Share a clean, distraction-free view of your board perfect for presentations and client reviews.
How to Share Presentation Mode
- Open the Share Modal
- Click "Copy Presentation Link"
- Share this special URL
Presentation Mode Features
What viewers see:

What's hidden:
- Editing controls
- Toolbars and buttons
- Node configuration panels

Best for: Client presentations, portfolio showcases, demonstrations
Managing Shared Boards
View Who Has Access
Go to Share Modal to see:
- Current access level (Public/Private)
- Who the board is shared with
- Active collaborators
Revoke Access
Revoke Public Link:
- Open Share Modal
- Toggle Public Access off
- Click "Revoke Access" to invalidate all existing links
- Generate a new link if needed
Remove Specific People:
- Open Share Modal
- Find the person's email
- Click "Remove"
Change Access Level
Switch between View Only and Can Edit anytime:
- Open Share Modal
- Toggle "Allow Public Edit"
- Changes apply immediately to all users with the link

Real-Time Collaboration
Multiple people can work on the same board simultaneously:
- See live cursors of other users

Active Users Display
See who's currently viewing or editing the board in the top-right corner.

Troubleshooting
"This board is private"
The board owner hasn't enabled public access. Request access from the owner.
Can't edit a shared board
You have View Only access. Ask the owner to grant edit permissions.
Link doesn't work
The link may have been revoked. Request a new link from the owner.
Changes aren't saving
Check your internet connection. Boards require active connection for real-time sync.
Can't see other users
Ensure you're both using the same link and have active connections.
