Can I try before I buy?

How do I upgrade?

Go to Dashboard → Manage Subscription → Upgrade. Changes apply immediately.

Can I downgrade?

Yes. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do unused limits roll over?

No. Limits reset at the start of each billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe.

Can I get a refund?

We don't offer refunds for partial months. Cancel before your next billing date.

Usage & Limits

What are tokens?

Tokens measure AI text generation (chat, stories). Roughly:

1 token = 4 characters
100 tokens = 1 paragraph
1,000 tokens = 1 page

How are images counted?

One image = one unit, regardless of model. Generating 4 images counts as 4 units.

How are videos counted?

One video generation = one unit. Duration doesn't affect the count (though it may affect overage cost).

What happens when I hit my limit?

Free Plan: Generation stops until next month. Upgrade to continue.

Pro/Enterprise: Enable overage billing to pay for extra usage.

Can I see my usage?

Yes! Check your Dashboard for real-time usage stats and charts.

Do organization members share limits?

Yes. Organization usage is pooled across all members.

Overage Billing

What is overage billing?

Pay-as-you-go for usage beyond your plan limits. Only available for Pro and Enterprise.

How much does overage cost?

Cost-based pricing:

Images: $0.02-$0.30 per image (varies by model)
Videos: $0.10-$2.00 per video (varies by model)
Audio: $0.01-$0.05 per minute

How do I enable overage?

Go to Billing → Overage Settings and toggle it on. Set your spending cap ($10-$500).

Can I control overage costs?

Yes! Set a spending cap to limit monthly overage charges. You'll get alerts at 80%, 95%, and 100%.

When am I charged for overage?

Overage charges are billed at the end of your billing period along with your subscription.

Can I use my own images/videos?

Yes! Upload assets through:

Asset Node in Canvas
Media Library in Editor
Direct upload in each app

What formats are supported?

Images: JPG, PNG, WebP Videos: MP4, MOV, WebM Audio: MP3, WAV, OGG

Who owns the generated content?

You do! All content you create is yours to use commercially.

Can I export everything?

Yes! Download any generated content anytime.

Where is my content stored?

All generated content is in your Media Library, accessible from any app.

Timeline Editor

What is the Timeline Editor?

A professional video editing tool for combining and arranging your generated content.

Can I mix different content types?

Yes! Combine images, videos, and audio on multiple tracks.

What export formats are available?

MP4 (recommended), MOV, WebM with various quality settings.

How long can my final video be?

No limit on export length. Performance may vary with very long videos.

Can I add transitions?

Yes! Add fades, dissolves, wipes, and more between clips.

Can I use Lucky 7 on mobile?

The web app works on tablets but is optimized for desktop. Mobile apps coming soon.

Where are files processed?

AI generation happens in the cloud. Files are processed on secure servers and delivered to your browser.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use:

Do you train AI on my content?

No. Your content is private and never used for training AI models.
